Extensive interview that ultimately was a huge waste of time. Had two zoom call interviews with the hiring manager and a colleague. On the second zoom call I had to do a "case study" which was really intense, not because the questions were that difficult, but because it's high pressure and you get a deer in the headlights effect. Honestly I think this is a really dumb screening tool but that's what they have. The case study is usually an Excel type of problem. They give you two scenarios and the answer is that you calculate the results for the total population (all 100,000 cars or whatever example) for the two different scenarios and compare the results (ex Process A has a 5% success rate and makes a profit of $100 per car. Process B has a 10% success rate and makes $70 per car. Tell us which one to do). Other than that, surprisingly they didn't ask me any technical questions at all. It was just problem solving questions. They want you to give lots of examples of your work projects at current and former jobs in which you did the exact thing that you'd be doing at this job, and where you were proactive and improved the business by X%. So just make up some examples and you can even say you did it with Python because they will not verify and probably none of the interviewers know Python themselves. The third interview is onsite. It is four back-to-back interviews for a total of about 2 hours. Then after that you'll probably here back in a week or so. Good luck!

Phone call asking about your experience and interests. Then behavioral interview (virtual). I believe there was an Excel case study for the final round. The recruiters and interviewers were pretty disorganized. One interviewer didn't even know I would be a fresh grad so I'm assuming he didn't look at my resume. The other was telling me about a completely different position which was very surprising as I didn't expect to be interviewing for 2 different jobs.
