Had 4-5 rounds, had to follow up multiple times, they keep you on hold with no clarity. Never got any answer till the end. If it's a rejection at least mention the same and close the application. There is no point dragging it for more than a month.

Telephonic Screening+ Skype meeting+in-person discussion.
The second interview was conducted via Skype. It was really nice. I felt comfortable at home interveiwing with someone on the ipad versus sitting across from a 4 perons panel!
Over all it was a great discussion with tech manager and I prepared a lot for this interview.
Finally I did well and selected.
