J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dropbox (Stanford, CA) en oct. 2012
Entretien
Dropbox came to my university's career fair and I submitted a cover letter and resumé. The interview was 20 minutes and very relaxed. The interviewer asked me questions such as:
- How did you decide on your college?
- What is your favorite app?
- What questions do you have for us?

Entretien
Sent in a cover letter and resume through the website (Jobvite). Asked to fill out a detailed "questionnaire" that was a series of short answer exercises given prompts (mine was about 3 pages single-spaced and took hours of work and research), including responding to potential customers and a question about Dropbox for Business's three areas of focus in the coming year. Next invited to have a 30-minute phone interview.
Questions asked during phone interview: Why are you interested in this role/Dropbox?; [We were talking about my use of photos and Dropbox] What would be next step for Dropbox and photos?; Experience dealing with customers?; Do for fun?

Dropbox came to recruit at my campus. Pretty much everyone who submitted a resume got an online interview questionnaire which consisted of 7-8 questions. The questions are mostly along the lines of how dropbox can improve its product and measure its performance. I went to one of the top ivy schools and not a since person got to the second round interview. It seems like they are just trying to knock off ideas from smart people for free. The whole process felt like a scam.
