Lengthy process with repetitive questions but can give clarity to the team on who you are as a candidate. I disliked it but respected it and feel like I can interview anywhere now.

1. Tell me about a time you influenced / changed someone's mind.
2. Have you ever written a document to influence someone?
3. Tell me about a time you managed competing priorities? What did you do? What was the outcome?
The process overall consisted in a 4 step interview, each had a business goal focus. All interviewers were very engaged and made the process quite easy. Everything took place in less than 2 weeks. Very much recommeded
