After being referred to Duarte from a co-worker at a former employer, I contacted their director of HR, providing my resume. I got a call inviting me to come to an interview and was asked to bring my portfolio. I met with the team and fielded various questions. They gave me an opportunity to ask questions which I did. After the interview, I got a call from HR letting me know that they wanted to give me an offer.
