Very straightforward, good communication, a few rounds. Communicate with a hiring manager who sets it up and several program managers who conducted the interviews. Virtual was an option. You get a chance to ask questions.

Rather simple process. I met the recruiter at a career showcase at my school. Sent her my resume, she then followed up to schedule a phone interview. I had the phone interview, and that was the end of the process. During the interview over the phone, she asked most basic behavioral questions to see what would I do in certain situations.
