Panel of three, management, leadership and one developing interview skills. Large conference room, you could tell the panel worked closely together, it seemed like a very easy skills test and a relaxed interview where they gave you plenty of opportunities to brag about yourself with your answers.

Entretien
Had met & known the boss, brought in as temporary worker. Stayed as temporary as other job classifications were brought in and granted benefits that I had to wait on. Have been given title and status changes with no corresponding increase in salary.
