I had one interview with the department head -- she was awesome -- present, professional, open, and willing to answer all of my questions as to the role, the department, and the coworkers.

Entretien
The company recruiter was a great communicator and was very clear on expectations/timelines. There were two rounds of interviews and the process was very organized and formal. The interview questions were standard for the industry and we mostly discussed my resume and experience.
