Very long interview (about 45mins) with a lot of questions. Most of the questions were based on teamwork and leadership however these were very drawn out and needed to be referring to specific situations. Very friendly and encouraged me to sell myself. Following the interview, I was called back 1 week later to give a presentation on a topic I had been given.
