Phone interview with Regional Manager. Pretty standard, went over my performance as a key holder at my store at the time. Reviewed sales charts, saw where I could improve my department and where I am strong. Discussed my flaws and what my strengths are as a manager.

Say your boss chews a fellow associate out, pre-opening one morning, for not getting a task done that he/she asked of them. The associate is crying and not in a good mood. How do you talk to your boss about this situation?

Entretien
Very cut and dry, almost to the point of unprofessional. Not professional over the phone, Manager was late for in store interview and proceeds to tell me this isn't even her store and that another guy would be interviewing me. He had no clue that he was doing the interview. End up finding out from him that he's leaving at the end of the month to move to Denver. He asked 4 questions and didn't write any of my responses down on this piece of paper that he was reading the questions from. Called within a week to say that they ended up hiring from within the company and asked if I was interested in a part time position. Respectfully declined.
