Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.

Entretien
The overall process was very short. I applied for the job via online application, I got a call an hour later for an interview the next day. I show up to the interview 15 minutes early, and ask for the appropriate person. She comes out and was very nice. She asked basic questions. The interview was about 10 minutes long. I was hired on the spot. (I am 17 so the interview questions reflect that of a highschooler)

The interview process was quick and informal, focused on availability, customer service skills, and reliability. Questions were straightforward, and the manager emphasized teamwork, handling busy rushes, and learning procedures on the job.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
