Applied the night before and was called in morning round 9:30 for an interview at 10. Was basically hired on the spot.
Started training right after the interview.
Which was just my manager marking my furture hours down.
Told me he wouldn't have me working mornings. Guess what he did.
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.

Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
