I had to wait in the little store until the manager got to me. She was kind and then basically just gave me the job after three sentences but then after I got my working papers they ghosted me for like three weeks and then randomly emailed me telling me my start date.

She didn't look at my resume, asked me about my schedule. Made it seem that she was doing me a favor by allowing me not to work during the weekends. Didn't hire for experience, but needed an extra body to berate and treat badly.
