Very laid back was shown the back end of store. Offered a free coffee and was explained all the different drinks that are made was hired on the spot and started immediately
Easy, one interview with manager, hired on spot, basic getting to know you questions, asking about life and availability. The interview was on site. Expectations were laid out. Not sure they looked at my resume.
Easy just come on time and dressed well with respectful language and what days you are open to work ready to share so that there is no time wasted on both ends.
