Easy going interview, got asked a few questions about my experience. Great people, Good management, down to earth and answered any questions I had. Quick tour and provided free drinks and coffee.

What is customer service and how would you respond to a difficult customer?

Expect questions about your schedule flexibility, prior customer service experience, and how you handle fast-paced environments or difficult customers. It's generally informal, aiming to assess your attitude, communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
Common interview questions, and it was fairly calm, and it was a very easy interview, which did not take long at all. They even offered me a drink before and after.
