Applied for this position on Jan 28th, received a called for an interview on Feb13th. I was told if I was selected there would be a second interview with another supervisor.

I applied in February 2021 online & got a call in April 2021 to interview in May 2021 via Teams. I was waiting for the Teams interview to start & they were almost 10 minutes late. That was a bad sign from the beginning. There were 3 managers: 1 from Work First, 1 from Adult Medicaid, & 1 from F&C Medicaid. 2 managers asked the questions while the other one just sat there looking sleepy. It was after lunch time, so I’m assuming that’s why. They asked me a lot of questions & I mean A LOT!! Some of which made no sense. They had nothing to do with my experience or anything. Just random. Afterwards, they said they are interviewing today & then will come together to make a decision about which candidate to hire. No timeline was given. I’ve interviewed with them several times over the years, so if I don’t hear anything back, I won’t be shocked. Even with 5 years of experience, sometimes they have in mind who they are looking to hire. I don’t take offense anymore. I will update this if I get an offer.
