The manager didn't give an exact address to meet him so I went to the chain I was applying to work at and turns out he wanted me to meet him in a neighboring city. Unfortunately I didn't have transportation to gett there but thankfully someone was willing to interview me there. They were very sweet and the interview felt comfortable.

Many stages, spontaneous questions that I didn’t expect. First a virtual interview then a group interview. Then a test of memorizing recipes of drinks and whatnot. Tedious. Intimidating but they care a lot about having some creativeness and aligning with their values

The interview process is constantly being remodeled to adapt to the generations of new broista hires that fit with the growth of the company. I had a phone call interview and an in person “panel” style interview.

Very friendly and fun. It was different than most interviews. They try to see how well you can hold a conversation and if you are friendly. Overall an easier interview than most.
