Its a group interview where they ask questions like; "whats your favorite color?" "why do want to work here?". Its more of a pre-orientation.my resume was unnecessary. I had to offer my resume to the interviewer. Going into the interveiw i thought i might of been under dressed because i didn't have a tie or jacket. I was very wrong. No one dressed appropriately but everyone was hired.
