First is the phone interview, then it is on site interview with Senior Software Engineer, the final interview will be with the director and CIO; the staff is very nice, high-end office environment and they have food trucks every Friday. most staff are very new to the company since the company is expanding now
The people in the department are generally soft on you because they rather be able to mold you themselves. It was about a fifteen minute process barring whatever questions you have.
