Entretien
I was contacted via phone to attend a formal face-to-face interview in Johannesburg, South Africa. The interviewer informed me that I have an hour to convince him that I am the right person for the job. Questions asked by the interviewer focused on my qualifications, scope, and years of work experience. I was also asked if I had any criminal convictions to my name and that I am sound of mind. He also asked questions about my general health and if I would consider working abroad in conditions uncertain. He had shown an interest in my military background and hobbies. During the interviewing process the interviewer made me feel at ease.

Laid back. Thought it would be intimidating but not the case. I wouldn’t sweat the process if I were you. They keep things chill. Also, if you’re going overseas, be prepared for a cluster.

The interview went great. I spoke with the shop lead who seemed very layed back. I didn't have any experience with Army vehicles, just Marine Corp vehicles. But he liked my attitude and I made that he knew that I was quick learner.
