I have been interviewed by DynaLife in Edmonton at least 5 times over the last 3 years. The interviews always consist of technical skills questions as well as behavioral questions, posed by the MLT II and the Department Manager. Each time, I was informed that my answers were "perfect" and that my skills are up to date, however, unfortunately, I was not the successful candidate. No other feedback was given. Eventually by digging deeper, I discovered on my own that internal candidates are given priority over external candidates. The interview questions are rigged so that if you have never worked for DynaLife before, you will not be able to answers the questions in exactly the same way as the hiring manager expects, since it is only internal candidates who have knowledge of internal procedures. The interview process is a complete charade, with managers narrowing the selection down to 3 candidates in order to satisfy union rules, only to award the posted vacancy to an internal candidate who already has a job. This non-transparent way of conducting business is a big turnoff and I will not be applying to DynaLife again in the future, preferring instead to focus my efforts in preparing for interviews where I actually have a chance, rather than just false hope.

Average interview. Behavioral and few technical questions. 2 assistant managers called and heard back after 1-2 weeks from them. Interview via phone. You are working in the middle of the night. Example: The phone rings and it is a physician who is asking you a question that you do not know the answer to. What do you do?
