Interview process takes almost 1 hr..two operational managers takes it..quite average questions…make sure knowledge regarding phlebotomy and ECG process …they are so friendly and getting me comfortable as well ….smile faced constantly during interviews

They ask questions pertaining to the position. ECG steps and how to make someone comfortable, blood collection steps, and a confidentiality example. The hiring manager was very easy to talk to, very friendly
