They were running late during interviews. The interview itself was a typical get to know you interview. I was excited to interview this company. I would have kept applying for jobs at this company, I was that excited from my research. However, their HR team was a red flag. They were conducting the 1:1 interviews. At the end they said they did not want us to be wondering and they would contact us EITHER way to let us know about the job. They could not follow through on that one promise. Unlike every other company that has made the same promise. If you are not going to follow through on your word, do not offer it.
