Ne expecting a lengthy process with 2 interviews 3 to 4 week process from start to finish. The lead in idabel is very all about herself and her friends. She messes up and pends it on other people but let's her friend go and come as she please.

The interview process lasted for about 30 minutes. It was one on one and the questions were easy for me to answer. I answered every question with ease because they were honest answers.
