The initial phone interview was easy. They ask about your work-life balance, hobbies, etc. On the final interview, they let you read a bunch of survey scripts for them to know how you read, pronounce, and whatnot.

Entretien
It was overall an easy one. No unnecessary questions asked. Just make sure you really know yourself and keep the confidence on a high note. Other than that, it was a smooth flow.

Q: How strong do you think is your English communication skills?
Super easy. You'll get an initial telephone call, will ask about yourself then if you passed they will schedule you for a final interview which is again an easy one. the common questions for interview in general.
Quick process,but requires confidence in speaking English. You need to use the required equipment during the interview,so you need to prepare them. We had technical issue but the interviewer were very accomodating.
