Had a phone interview and was offered the position later in the day. Pretty straight forward questions were asked. They were open to negotiating pay once the position was offered

Twenty minute phone call with the supervisor that consisted of them asking very few questions, telling me that people in the office already knew me and based on what they said he did not need to know anything else.
