From the get go it was about how much they can chisel you down to. Questions were vague and had no continuity. Seems that they rather utilize college students with no electrical background for low pay instead of hiring an ace with normal PM pay..

Entretien
Most of the questions were about what my skills where and what kind of experience I had. They actually picked a spot for me rather then me applying to one specific spot. Sometimes a head of a department interviews you and others times its the CEO. The interview was calm and not stressful and everyone was polite. There is also a personality test afterwards on the computer.
