Phone interview with HR, then had a 4 hour in person interview. Met with 3 different people for 30 mins and did two 15 min tests, one in excel and the other analytical thinking. I waited in the chairs by the front desk between each interview/test. It was a lot of shuffling in and out of 4 different mini conference rooms, it was a bit messy. Felt like I was being passed around as the HR rep wasn't there facilitating the transfers. Excel test was very complicated for the 15 mins I was given, no one would be able to write out all the formulas in that period of time.
