The interview starts with an assessment in which a person must get 35+ correct answers out of 50. After the aptitude assessment test there will be a phone interview and then onsite with two technical and one behavioral round. The assessment is taken again in the onsite interview.

3 weeks after the application, I got an invite for a logical reasoning screen. It was a quick test. Easy. Got results in a week. A recruiter reached out saying that she wants to interview me. Asked my availability. I told her that I am available immediately for the interview. She said that she was going on a vacation and if we can do it in 2 weeks. I said it was fine with me. She called me after two weeks and asked about my previous experience and told me what is the role about. She said now she will forward my resume to the hiring team and they will get back in another two weeks as most of the team members are on vacation. This was really weird to me because they were pretty laid back and seem uninterested in filling this position. I got a reject email in 1 week.
