Interviewing her was a very positive experience. Everyone was very welcoming and Friendly. The office environment seemed congenial. I did not end up working there but wouldn’t not recommend it.

3 rounds - (Recruiter, generic test , assignment) - just to get the hiring manager to explain WHAT the position was actually all about, and what skills were required :( The recruiter was not able to address any of my role related questions at the outset.
EAB has an organized, well thought-out interview process. I had a call with a recruiter, a test and take-home project (a timed essay), and then two rounds of interviews with case-study questions.

Entretien
First there was a 30min phone interview with the recruiter. Then I had one 30min interview with the associate director of analytics. Afterwards, this was followed up by three interviews: 1 with another director, 1 case study (1hr), and a wrap up interview with the associate director again.
