The interview process was initiated via a recruiter who clearly outlined next steps at ECI. All ECI Team Members to speak to were lined up rapidly during interview progressed and all very knowledgeable and presenting specific aspects of the company and role. From the outset with the conversation with Edwin, I appreciated the honesty and transparency and also direct approach to what the position was about, ambitions and current challenges.

The recruiter was professional, knowledgeable and prompt in his updates of the status during the whole process. The whole process was well coordinated and it was a frank discussion.
