Applied through Dice.com. Contacted by email a few weeks later asking if I was still interested in the position. Requested to come in for an interview. Met with the department manager. The guy was awesome. After a few days I was asked to make a presentation on the software and was given a link to the software to practice and a training video. Taught the software to some of the company executives who also asked all the fun interview questions on why I think I am good fit for the company and the position. Some of my references contacted me within the next few days saying ECi contacted them asking about me.
