Very old fashioned with the CEO sitting in. Had to do a post interview task and wrote a few paragraphs about what I would do to improve the operations side.

HR called on a Sunday to arrange for interview. 1st round was with CEO and his deputy. Quite a long interview round and ended with an 500 words assignment, to be handed in in 45 minutes. Second round interview was in person and with a HR lady and the CEO himself. Just felt like I was being talked at for the whole period and he even excused himself for 15 minutes during the interview. Totally lost interest in them after this experience.
