One will speak with the recruiter in length about what to expect. From there an interview with the company President is arranged. From there the recruiter will keep in touch and update the candidate on the next step if and offer is made.

Question 1
One of the interview questions was what does one hope to gain from the company. I felt that this question was important especially to someone like myself who was a recent graduate.
