Three steps, phone screen (asked basic questions), phone interview (with HR from headquarters), in person interview with managers at the site you will be working at. There were two managers that interviewed me. They usually have more than one.

There is an online application. After that I was contacted by an HR person for a phone screening. Next I was scheduled for a 1st interview with another HR person, also by phone.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of speaking with a person from the corporate office. Then there was a one-on-one with managers. Then the final interview takes place with the Director of Human Resources on the phone. It took some time, but you had the impression that they were going to hire you because they believed you would be a good fit for the job.
