Received Offer Below Minimum Wage
Multiple interview stages were conducted for a year-long position. Upon receiving an offer they assumed my age and offered me the minimum wage for the age bracket below the age I was at the time. Ultimately came across as exploitative of interns, while expecting long hours and dedication. Interviewees disrespectfully smirking during the interview.

Nice, friendly atmosphere but explained very heavy workloads, ability to think on your feet mandatory. Flexible work environment but expectations high. Good colleagues and work environment central to Geneva town
