Unorganized and unplaned interview . From bangalore 3 well matured guys took the interview . All of these guys were poor in communication. they were struggling to communicate in english and asking questions. The way they talked seemed that they should be working manufacturing not in software development. Most importantly even through they are above 45, they knew nothing about advanced software development. Assuming if they select someone who doesnt know their native (seemed telugu) language. How they will explain their job to do. From the way these guys talked and conducted interview it is very easy to come anyone to understand how poor they develop applications. They were not sure what they asking themsleves. Better the company can train these guys to talk and bit high level software development and processes and techniques.
