Interview process involved a lot of phone calls to arrange. Following interview I had several phone calls and was told that they would get back to me. Never received an outcome. It doesn't take a lot to let someone know they have unsuccessful.

I applied online. Got a phonecall from HR chatting about my past experience and general information about the position. What I Knew or heard about Elmo. He said I had skill and experience that aligned with the position I was applying for. They would then talk to the Manager and schedule another interview to take this forward. Guess what that was the last I heard from them. It feels like they are vetting the candidates to get a feel of what is available out there. I am not sure if management is aware of this . You can still see them advertising for the same Role. Bit disappointed does not take much to inform via email if the candidate was unsuccessful in securing a second interview.
