The overall process was smooth enough, however the feedback time and follow ups could be much improved on. For example I was told I'd have a call back with a decision at a set day, following a call a couple of days earlier. Following multiple calls and emails - Two weeks later I received some feedback. rejections happen, it's part and parcel of the process but to leave applicants hanging is plain bad manners let alone poor practice.

The interview process was relaxed and friendly and felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. The interviewers were welcoming, approachable, and created a comfortable environment that helped ease nerves and allowed me to speak openly about my experience.
