The interviewing and hiring process was conducted in a very professional and transparent way. The position I was applying for was well specified and most of the interviewing process was carried out on the company's own interview platform which worked flawlessly, even from a tablet.
The interviewers were very experienced technicians and a manager with a noticeable experience in interviewing and assessing candidates efficiently and fairly.
Questions would be tailored on the fly to match my responses and dig deeper in areas where additional responses were needed. Answers which where generic, stating that I hadn't touched that specific technology for a while and would have to look up the specifics were received well.

Entretien
It starts with the HR interview, where we discuss my background, experience, career goals, and reasons for applying to the company. The HR interviewer asked questions about the my motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
The next was the Technical Interview: where they are tested on my technical skills and knowledge relevant to the position. The technical interviewer asked challenging questions, problem-solving exercises.

The Overall experience is ok with EPAM. - 1st Round of interview was General interview with the recruiter. More of Interactive round talked about my Job profile and expectations from EPAM. - 2nd Round of Interview was technical scheduled after 3 days of my general interview. - After 2nd round not shortlisted.

To join epam 1 interview with HR, another technical interview that took around 2 hours, and a final manager interview. The overall interview experience was above the others and have enjoyed the process.
