After sending my cv, I was called to take part in the first round; an introductory general conversation. It was all very friendly, yet professional. Another interview followed, conducted by the head teacher. It was done just appropriately. After the 2nd round I was asked to carry out a 60 minute demo teaching, which was recorded and sent to the headquaters, as agreed before. Finally, after weeks, I was contacted by the assistant and learnt that I didn't qualify to the 3rd round. I was told that the candidate they eventually chose was a close friend of the head teacher. I felt badly humiliated.
