It was very good experience. Had 2 rounds and very relevant questions. Process: TA to Recruiter to Tech to Manager. Started with TA connecting over linked and then process was pretty smooth.

There were at least 3-4 rounds of interviews, with the last one conducted by the client (!) I would have been deployed to. The client was under the impression I was already working for EPAM, and I had to clarify to them I wasn't - pretty embarrassing. Despite having been through 3-4 rounds of interviews at that stage, including passing all the technical internal EPAM interviews, I *never* heard back after that. Given that they approached me in the first place, I found this absolutely unbelievable - worst interview experience ever.
