I applied for EPAM Anywhere & had one 30 mins call with the recruiter where recruiter helped me to understand the process & in short, had a good experience for the first round. Then had 90 mins technical discussion where Java, Database, SpringBoot, DesignPattern, Microservices, Cloud, Kafka, CI/CD, testing, Agile versus Kanban etc were discussed at a high level. Mainly theoretical concepts were discussed, no coding specific problem given. But overall experience was smooth, though interviewer was reluctant to come on the video but after some discussion he also came on video & we had 90 mins of discussion over above topics.

It was nice smooth process. Recruiter provided all details properly. The questions were or moderate difficulty. I will definitely crack the interview next time. I be have worked for EPAM before and would like to join again.
