J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez EPiC Studios (Athènes, , Attique)
Entretien
They approached me, had a first interview with HR, then a second with Tech. No technical questions. They were adamant that the process would take at most 3 weeks and would get back to me, regardless of outcome. And it did for them, I assume, because I never got a feedback.

Entretien
-Hr Interview
-Technical /Get to know you Interview.
At the end of this stage I was told that we are going to schedule next interview
with the leads of two teams in order to see where I fit best.
No feedback after that.
I called to ask what was the status. They said they will contact me after 2-3 days.
Of course no feedback.
After 10 days I called AGAIN to ask them what's going on and if the position has closed, because I had to make some decisions based on my offer options.
They give a ridiculous excuse about why they are late and reassured me that the position wasn't closed.
In less than a day I got rejection mail.
The ridiculous excuse was that they where expecting feedback from their customer. So as you can guess they got it hours after my 2nd approach or they just proceed with someone else and didn't care at all to give an automated feedback.
Summary: They said we are proceeding but no feedback after that.
Lies in my approach to understand what is going on.
Making candidates feel like beggers is definitely as negative experience.
