The interview has been conducted in five levels starting with Human Resource Manager. If we cleared the initial level then there will be an interview with the Senior Project Manager from the company where they analyse our project management skills and work experience. The third phase is a Technical Assessment in which we need to use different project management tools and techniques. If we clear the assessment then the next level is conducted by the PMO and Project Management Head where they will analyse our Management capability and communication skills. The final level is with the Director of the company in which we need to showcase our ability and build trust with the company.
