Es una empresa buena, sin embargo el periodo de entrevista es demasiado largo y los correos no llegan a su debido tiempo, por lo que tienes que estar muy al pendiente tanto del correo como de las llamadas telefónicas.

I applied through company career portals, got a call from the HR a few days after (pretty common in China, where they call you instead of emailing you first). Arranged a first-round video interview with 3 team members including the team leader. Had a little hiccup in arranging the first video call, but I believe it was an honest mistake. Asked questions about my education, work experiences, dissertations, some technical problems about the job. The interview was in Chinese. The team leader then asked a few availability and work preferences questions in English. Got invited to the final round interview with a partner the week after. I went to the Beijing office for the interview. Met the team. Overall, friendly people, who valued my time and answers. Questions are pretty predictable, candidates should prepare them ahead of the time.
