Very suspicious interview process. I was contacted 1.5 months later after I first submitted my job application. After a chat with HR, I was given a super comprehensive case study to complete before even chatting/having an interview with the hiring manager to understand more about the role and if we’d be a good fit.
This is not your normal campaign plan for a product (even though they call it that) . Seems to me more like an annual marketing plan. Loads to do for unpaid work. Red flag to me, seems like they just want new ideas from external people. My thoughts are similar to the other person who shared their experience about their interview process about this role.
Even the HR might not know the hiring manager’s true intentions. The hiring manager can just pause hiring at the end, citing change in structural direction, once he/she gets enough ideas.
