Communication poor. Sent poor information about interview. Phone interview first followed by a in person interview. Interviewer rude and spent time mid interview talking to college's via Skype. Didn't seem interested from the start of the interview. Felt it was pretty pointless turning up too.

One stage interview via Microsoft Teams (optionally could go to the office for the interview). Estimated length of interview was 1 hour and it was led by two managers of the application support teams.
