First invited to a group interview with 5 applicants in total, tasks were to introduce one another and giving a rough draft of a project plan as presentation in groups (no details, just how to manage projects in general), also the job profile was presented in detail, closing with Q&A and a tour of the school. Second step was another motivation letter to be written over the weekend. Third was an invitation to the second interview round which consisted of 3 individual interviews with other program managers and program directors. The atmosphere was casual, no unexpected questions were asked.
