This was a 1-stage process. After confirming my attendance, I received an incredibly helpful interview guide which clarified how I would be assessed.
The interview was virtual and took place over Teams with an Engineering Manager and Software Engineer. The Engineering Manager was at the office in a conference room, while the Software Engineer was at home. It was scheduled for an hour but finished 5 minutes early. They were friendly and insightful about the company!
At the start, I was informed how this would work - 10 main questions, then a background check, and finally a chance to ask your own questions. No technical questions were asked, but they may ask some follow-up questions to get to know you better. Be prepared; they can catch you out!
I got no offer because my answers weren't as concise as the other applicants. Their advice is to use the STAR technique and time yourself.
